PIFA Foundation will have the honour to participate in the Global Goals World Cup tournament (GGWCup) to be hosted in Mumbai, India for the first time. The Global Goals World Cup is an international initiative to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The Global partners are EIR Soccer, UNDP, UNGC, Government of Denmark, Project Everyone, Sustainable Mindz and GAIN. This initiative focuses on empowering young girls and women around the world. It is an open women’s soccer, spectator friendly, five a side tournament designed to leverage the power of sport to engage women for the SDGs.
PIFA will be a member of the GGWCup SDG5 Dream Team. We will be engaging in #GenderEquality
